Love this product. I had not played competitive volleyball in 40 years. After agreeing to participate in the company picnic tournament, the 1st practice showed the years. In 30 minutes I had my over hand serve back and was able to get some practice in when I could not get with other team members. I have passed it on to my 11 year old niece who is just now getting into volleyball and her game is beginning to improve.
