The good: it does as advertised; It holds the screws very well. Some reviews have complained about it being impossible removing the bit. Based on their review, I think they do not realize that the blue plastic collar can be pulled off the bit-holder by hand in order to access the bit. After removing the collar, it is possible to pull the bit off by hand. It is a bit tight, but not overly so. The bad: it does increase the circumference of the bit holder, so it will potentially not fit into small openings. I am glad that I purchased it.
