Bought these because my boyfriend snores like an animal. They definitely lessen the snoring (and if he does snore, it’s usually quieter). I will say they don’t seem to help much at all after a heavy night of drinking, but I think that’s asking a lot of a little nose strip. I’ve gotten way more sleep than before these strips, so I’ll take it.

These extra strength nasal strips are way better for me than the standard strength ones, which do not adhere as well nor open the nasal passages as well. With these extra strength nasal strips I sleep much better, and wake up much more rested and refreshed. Also, with these strips I do not wake up with cotton mouth from excessive mouth breathing. Presumably that means less snoring?

Holy grail of snore reduction right here! Hallelujah! My mom snores like a beast. I’m talking about even hearing her through a closed doors and even with ear plugs. It’s so loud that it will keep everyone up at night, especially in the same room. She’s had this for years. Repositioning hasn’t worked. I would go up to her and physically roll her over or wake her up just so it would stop. Anyways, got this after the high reviews and OMG, it really works. Her snoring went from 100% loud to like 10-20% if even. Oh shall there be peace from now on after hours 🙂 get this for your beastly loved ones. Do yourself the favor.

I got deviated septum issues and snores really bad. I hardly ever get any good sleep on trips due to this and so finally thought of this as a solution. After reading tons of reviews of the different breathe right options, chose this one. Tried it out this weekend and it WORKED! So thankful! Not perfect still some snores broke through but it definitely helped us both sleep better. Great!
