This knife is awesome, it comes very sharp, it slices through all vegetables like a laser. The almazan knives knife has nothing on this knife. The blade is vert thick at the top and extremely thin at the bottom and the edge it comes with is the right edge for kitchen use. The almazan knives knife has a blunt edge that can be very sharp but won’t slice nearly as nice. This knife is my new favorite knife for kitchen use!
