Immediately felt relief from irritation after using it and began to heal, which was very impressive after having bought most of the more expensive head and shoulders options looking for a solution, none of those work. I see people complaining about the odor which is a bit like Chinese herbal medicine and does fade a few hours after the shower, but if that is the concern, you didn’t have a problem that required this in the first place. It’s a bit expensive but can’t argue with what works. Spending on stuff that doesn’t work is far more expensive as I’ve learned.

I normally don’t write reviews, this one is one of the few products I use that I actually see results from. I have tried numerous anti flake products like head and shoulders, tried other odd remisier such as hair oils , etc.. but only seem to make the problem worse. I have always had a bad case of dry scalp due to the climate i live in and this completely makes my hair flake free and keeps my scalp nice and clean! No more embarrassing flakes .

OK. Just started getting this scalp problem about a year or so ago. I am 72 yr old man. My mother had a scalp problem in her old age so it is probably a genetic issue. I I got a spot about the size of a quarter on the side of my head just above my left ear. It started itching a lot and as I scratched it, it got worse and worse, getting crusty with dried secretions. Ugh!. So I started in on the medications. First tried this and it worked immediately, stopped the itching and the build up of crust really went down. It gives me a lot of relief from the itch. And I notice it is reducing the crust build up too and the patch seems to be smaller. I am sticking with this stuff.

I have been having dry scalp (dandruff) since I was a child and I use to use Head and Shoulder, but it doesn’t seem to work on my very well. I started using this product and I don’t have any dandruff problem anymore unless I stop using it for 3 days. I like the product, but it has that chemical smell and plus my hair would be tangled. I have to use conditioner after to loosed up my hair. Overall the product works, but need to find a way to cover that smell and add conditioner.
