I have three adopted cats and none of them will tolerate being brushed. One had a straight up fear of the pet brush, and I couldn’t even go near her with one. A magic tool! Bought it for our long haired dachshund who has fur like a cat . She loves to be brushed with it. I’m still getting handfuls of fur every time I brush her. It breaks up small matts too. My cat loves this comb! She will climb up on my lap purring. Bonk her face into my chin and proceed to give my chin a bath, while I comb her. She doesn’t care where I brush her. On her belly, chest, tail(a bit challenging with her mobile tail) and getting her head, chin and body. Her legs she has herself. She’s a short haired cat, yet her hair is a guard hair and a super fine hair so there is a lot there. This comb has sure helped things a great deal!
