I usually fill with 12 ounces of water and a couple of ice cubes start the spin with 1 click which is a 30 second spin timer; this is the perfect time to add in my powders. The different presses determine the spin timers and stops. Also, the base has 8 LED’s that light up to show the spin. Very cool and surprisingly powerful spin that definitely works. Has a recharble base that lights up to show battery level. When you hold the button it will light up briefly to show charge level or a spin animation when you press to turn it on. Definitely recommend!

It is bar none for mixing protein powders into milk or water. If you’re like me and tend to do a 240ml serving of milk with two scoops of whey protein powder, you’re going to notice a slower spin when you add the second scoop of powder. You’ll need to do a second spin cycle to make up for that but it will still mix the powder fully. My only potential worry is that it seems to naturally slow the longer I use it even if I keep it charged. I haven’t had it long enough to guarantee this as a problem, so I may modify my review later if performance stays consistent.
