I’ve had significant neck pain for the last 2 months, and pain killers weren’t helping at all. I also tried an electric heating pad, and that works great. However, it’s obviously not portable. That’s where this patch came to the rescue! I put one of these on the back of my neck almost every day, and leave it there for 8+ hours. It produces heat for about 6-8 hours. Wow! I’m really surprised by how well these works.The adhesive works really well. The wraps stay attached all day, and don’t even start to peel off. A couple of days ago I went for a vigorous 2 mile walk up some hills with a 17% grade. I got all sweaty while wearing the neck wrap, and it stayed in place perfectly. The adhesive doesn’t hurt much when you pull it off either. Just gently and slowly pull it off. It’s not painful like removing a bandaid.I would rank the comfort as 4 out of 5. The edges of the wrap feel a little scratchy on my neck, but it doesn’t bother me too much. You’ll notice the scratchiness when you first put it on. However, once it warms up then you won’t feel it so much. Oh, there is one other benefit: If you put it firmly enough around the base of your neck, it works as a subtle reminder to keep your head straight, and in an upright posture. Twisting your neck side to side will cause the wrap to tug on your skin a little. For me this is a good thing. It works as a gentle neck brace to keep me from doing stupid things with my neck. So yeah, if you have neck pain, give this a try. I was really surprised by how well it worked.
