So, although there’s no REAL science to prove these work, I will admit these have helped me sleep tremendously! Probably just a placebo effect, but whatever works, right?I use to have trouble falling and staying asleep, and then trouble waking up and getting going. I put these on about 30 min before I go to sleep and I sleep through the night and I wake up rested take em off and wash my feet.They do leave a little residue from the tape and the product, so I just recommend keeping some wet wipes or something around.

I have poor circulation in my legs and I love to run, so I heard an herbal foot soak would help promote blood circulation and soothe my feet and relieve aches and pains. There’s so many other benefits to herbal foot soaks such as drawing out toxins, soothing muscles, hydrating skin and softening dry feet which I have. In addition, it provides aromatherapy because it smells so fragrant and refreshing. This comes in a pack of ten (10) and some of the herbs include safflower, wormwood, ginger, motherwort, dried tangerine, etc. All you have to do is boil a gallon of water and add a foot bath packet and let it boil in there for 10-12 minutes. Afterwards, I removed the water and added into a large round container and added cold water to cool the boiling water down so that I didn’t burn my feet. When the water was temperate, I soaked my feet for half an hour and relaxed. Afterwards, my feet felt soft and I felt revitalized as my blood vessels opened to deliver healthy nutrients into my muscles, nerves and internal organs. I like to soak my feet right before bed, so that I can relax from the stresses of the day and get a good night’s rest!
