This buffer appears to be very well made (heavy construction and powerful motor). No anchoring necessary! I wanted something that would speed up the buffing process when putting a shine on polymer clay pieces. I had been using a Dremel tool but, found the process a little too slow.I’m still learning the proper technique in positioning the pieces to the buffing wheel, but the results are positive, so far!

Got it 2 days after purchase and package was in perfect shape. Came with all the spacers and flanges and 2 buffs. A hard buff and a soft buff. The buffer is very robust and durable. Very quiet and has very little vibration to it. If you just put something weighted behind this thing you don’t even have to bolt it down but it has holes predrilled so you can do so. I love this thing. Very nice machine for the price.

It’s a little work-horse!For its size it’s an excellent machine…It buffs to a mirror finish on all steels and aluminum! It has never over heated and works all day….I’m from canada where the temperature rarely reaches 100.There is some vibration but that is the wheels themselves…its easy on the hands. It does need a longer spindle or extension as a piece larger than 8 inches and curved may be difficult to move around it.If your only doing smaller objects it will serve you well…I’m doing up a sportster and its polishing it well. I would buy a larger machine if I was doing more bikes..especially big harleys etc!It will get the job done no matter what the size…is it worth the money…YES!

The machine itself is great! Team it up with various polishing compounds and you can polish just about anything.I bought it to polish various brass items including drawer pulls and tag holders from an old metal cabinet. I was expecting to spend a lot of time on each pull, but to my surprise it only took a couple of minutes each. Polish help a lot!I bought a different set of polishing wheels which worked out well as I needed a firmer wheel for my project. It’s actually fun and relaxing polishing items. You get satisfaction watching an old and tired item come back to life.

Works great for smaller applications. Good value for the money.
