I like that I can resize it and that it’s meant to help me with my feet pain. It’s kind of weird at first but it doesn’t bother you after you get used to it

The size of the insert is meant for someone with large feet. I am a female shoe size 6 ½. I cut the insert to the maximum allowed, and as you can see by the picture, the front does not line up with the pressure points where they should be. However, that did not take its effectiveness. The material is rubbery and extra thin. The black dots you see are like little magnets that can be removed. With heavy sock I cannot feel the little bumps on the insert. With thin socks I can feel a little but they do not bother me.I tried them with sandals but that did not work because they are intended to be switch around between shoes and they do not have an adhesive.I tried them with tennis shoes and soft socks, and they worked. I thought it was the combination of the soft socks with the inserts.I tried with thin sock and highking boots, and they worked.I walk a lot and after resting, the pain on my feet is so bad that when I get up, I cannot walk straight. I use the inserts and on an easy day I do not have pain at all. On a heavy day, the pain is only 10% out of 100%. I am incredibly happy with the inserts. They work well for me. I heard of them on a research I did trying to find a solution for my pain, and I am happy I tried them.

Like very much. Takes time to get used to. I wear them only an hour a day. I will gradually wear up to 3 now and couple of weeks get to all day. the massage affect Feels good on your feet

I have cancer and am on drugs that cause neuropathy. My feet are nearly numb and it is working its way up my legs. This is causing me to have difficulty with my sense of balance. Therefore, when I saw these insoles with the magnets, I had to give them a try. I’ll admit, the first day or two they hurt. But, I knew they had to have time so I persisted. It has paid off. I am feeling less numbness in my legs already and it has been about a week. My feet don’t tingle all the time as they did in the past. When I move my toes, I can actually feel my soles, unlike in the past. In short, I am gaining some feelings back in my feet!! It isn’t complete, but at the point I’m in right now, I’m happy with any improvement. You have to realize that I’ve been in this condition for years. My cancer is incurable but treatable, so this will be with me as long as I live. Any improvement is welcomed.I will continue to wear these insoles and hope for continued improvement. I realize that there are very mixed results to their usage, but for me, it has certainly been positive. With such results, I must give it a great recommendation.

I like these, people who say they hurt their feet may have put them in wrong. I found it confusing to figure out but figured it out and they work great. I wouldn’t want to be walking in them all day bit for short walks they are great.

These insoles are different from any ones I used before. They are gel, very soft, and easy to clean. They have really unique design. Magnets spread on there’s insoles, but they are not randomly put there, instead their locations are carefully chosen to be on some particular spots to target certain acupuncture points. They are supposed to promote blood circulation and help to relieve shortness of feet.They can be cut to fit shoes perfectly. They are easy to put in my shoes. They do have massage effect. My feet feels very comfortable stepping on them. They are so soft, maintain such a perfect comfort for my feet. They are fantastic.
