I have used it since I received it on Feb.3. I like its light fragrance, it’s comfortable when I use it before go to bed every night. According to its introduction, I stick to it every morning and every night, it has been the 16 days, and it did really work! I am A cup, they are a little bigger, but effects of the firming and lifting are definitely surprised me, and I definitely buy it again! I am not greedy, just hope to get to B cup!

Okay everything ain’t for everybody. These may not work for you but they did for me. I tried these because I use foot pads. People also say foot pads don’t work but I don’t think some people give them time. I used these under arm pads for 5 days straight. I used them because I had an underarm lump. I thought it was a lipoma because it was soft and squishy. I thought it was a product of breast fat after child birth. But recently I have been detoxing and focusing on my lymphatic system. I know it is clogged up. So I was like if foot pads work for me why not try these. Well after 5 days the lumps have gone down alot. I am taking a 2 days rest and I am going to do 5 more days. I am ordering another 20 pack right now. Aiming to do a whole month of detox.. As with foot pads I started sleeping better and my arms don’t feel sore like they were. I have read other reviews on these by different brands and you do have to take these off slowly. Like you would a band-aid. You may have to wet your arm and pad as you take it off. Then wash your underarm. I did not have any irritation. This pad does not replace medical advise. If you have a lump you are worried about seek medical advice. I just did not because for some reason doctors blow me off. This has happened time and time again hence the complaint minorities have about Healthcare. So I have taken my health in my own hands because after all it is my responsibility. Hope this helps.

I had surgery and was so swollen. This really helped. see the before and after effect.. crazy
