Used it first tonight. I held it in my right hand and normally it takes me a full hour to get comfortable and fall asleep. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and struggle with pain which makes falling and staying asleep difficult. I will awake because of pain. Tonight I fell asleep within ten minutes!!! A little confusing at first it is showed to be held in left hand ( for sleep) métal bottons away from Palm with just 1 or 2 fingers resting on middle metal dot I fell asleep like that with mild electrocution in my fingers the first 4 nights within in 20 minutes never in my life have I fallen asleep like that befor usually takes hours- just read another description saying you should hold the metal parts in the palm of your hand ( not Sure which way is the right way) I’ll try tonight right now I’m just happy I have been sleeping like a dog since I got it
