I use the product 2x a day, once in the am and once at night. It goes on super easy, just like lotion. Before using the product you could see alot of little dimples on my butt and hips, ive noticed a huge difference in that since using this product. has even seemed to reduce how noticeable my stretch marks are in those areas as well.
