These particular insoles have been a saving grace for me I have fibromyalgia and my feet are the first sign of a flare up. Before getting these I could not walk. Using this I can now tolerate minimum walking. The heel has extra cushions and the arch support is very stiff.

Very comfortable to your feet! Almost like they mold to your feet and makes walking and posture better as well as relieving that long standing foot pain. Great for arch support and heel pain.

I work a 12 hr shift and must wear safety boots and no matter what insole I bought my knee would swell and my feet hurt nightly. After inserting these insoles my feet and my knee problems finally Stopped. Soon to be going on a month wearing these and still no pain. Thank you sooo much.

I love my reebok Nanos but the 9s lack any real structure to the shoe and the arch support in the stock insoles are horrible and cause me to over pronate. I’ve bought 4 sets of insoles and these are the only ones that offer great arch support without it feeling like I have a golf ball shoved in my arch or them raising the height of my foot in the shoe. Loving these! A must for Nanos or other sport trainers.

I am prone to getting severe Plantar Fasciitis if I don’t have the proper arch support in all of my shoes, particularly my excercise shoes which are light running shoes that had NO arch support.
