I’ve been using lymphatic oil for some time. The one I used must be discontinued so I thought I’d try this one. My ankles and left foot swells a lot from botched up knee replacement. I massage my feet ankles and legs along with neck and arms as my nightly routine. This is a very good product if you use it every night. Massage as instructed on you tube. Great product. It gets the job done. Buy it!!!!!! I’m a seasoned woman’s of 70!
