Every now and the solder wire jams. Easy fix though. It is easy to use. Included a few extra tips. Would definitely recommend for anyone with any level of experience.

This soldering gun works excellent! Heats up fast and stays a consistent temperature. It makes soldering jobs that I would normally have some issues with (small eproms and chips jobs) easy. As far as using it one handed. Though it does work. I found for space and accuracy that the arm that the solder comes out of to be too awkward at times. But it’s very simple to remove and but back if needed. Overall a great product at Amazing value.

I am used to the soldering iron sticks, and this little device is a breeze compared to them. Heats up extremely quick also. I have had it for over a month now and have used it plenty times and it has held up so far. I would recommend this item for anybody who wants an easier way to solder.

COOL TOOL!!! I love the lightweight and use of this bad boy ….Like my wirefeed welder but more mechanized, pull trigger to feed solder. Supplied solder gets eaten kinda fast, BUT was a million times easier than having to attempt mounting pieces.. gives you that NEEDED 3rd hand!!! Comes with stand/sponge to easily wipe tip….Super easy to set up and use, heats up pretty fast, nice selection of tips …Worthy weapon in the war of soldering!
