HOW TO USE

1. Twist the end of the pencil until it reaches the desired amount of product.

2. Apply to the lid in a back-and-forth motion, starting from the inner corner and working your way outwards.

3. To apply it to your upper eyelid, use one end of the pencil to apply color to your entire eyelid. Then use the other end to blend it out.

4. For your lower lid, apply a thin line along your lash line, then smudge it out with your finger or a brush.

5. To brighten your cheeks, nose, and the top of your lips, dab on a vibrant color.
