I love these disks. This is one of my new favorite hobbies, I use this for multiple necklaces and bracelets. I got multiple of these disks in order to have one for each type/size of thread I use because some threads are more abrasive than others. Wizzgoo is by far the best deal on these disks that I have found.

I learned to do bracelet weaving with wheels of cardboard with wedges cut into them. This is so much better – sturdy, durable, easy to use, and washable. So far, my son or I have made over 100 bracelets this summer with this wheel and it still doesn’t show any wear (except maybe my son’s dirty fingerprints). Highly recommend.

I’ve had my kumihimo disc for a couple days now, and I love it. It holds the threads very firmly so you get a nice even braid and there is no need for a weight. I’m an adult but I have small hands and this disk is the perfect size. Also the smaller size means there is less waste of thread or cord. Another plus of the small size is that you can put it in your purse and take it with you. I would definitely recommend this and would buy it again.

I have uses the round Kumi disks a lot so it was nice to try a different style of braiding.
I always think if you have to doodle, its great to do so with purpose and make something, even if its only a zip pull or bracelet. This disk fits that perfectly and even slips into a handbag if you’re travelling a need something to keep your hands full
