My pelvic floor is super weak. Found this after prolapse surgery and it has been amazing. I use it daily. I hope this helps me stave off another surgery for at least a decade or two.

It’s been very helpful in strengthening my pelvic floor. It’s also kind of fun to see your progress as you go. It has different exercises and challenges for improvement.
ANASTASIA –
I really like it. It’s very comfortable. Kind of bigger than I thought it would be. But the material it’s made out of is very soft. I used it for a week and already started improvement. Yes, your significant other will notice. It covers all the bases of practicality and pleasure.

I love this device. I’ve had two births and mild incontinence. Joy on ensures that you are working the right muscles! I just started a few days ago but will continue to each day!

I love the games that this device comes with, makes exercise so much fun. The assessment is really useful to see progress and insights about the strength of your pelvic muscle. I really like this one and think it’s a must for anyone who’s wanting to have babies or gave birth in the past.

I just tried this for the first time and I have to say, I really thought I was better at doing kegels than this! I did about 15ish minutes and I’m exhausted. I can definitely see how using Kehel is a work out and I HOPE I can get better with time and practice. I never though doing kegels would be so tough.

My gynecologist suggested investing in this to strengthen my pelvic floor and it works. It is pleasant. The only thing I found to be a bit painful is inserting it. I have a narrow vaginal opening so it hurts to insert but it is bearable for the results. Using water lubricant will ease the insertion.
