it fits him well he is 5”9 around 190 pounds and a large extra large fit really good on him he said it did really good job of making you sweat.

This was the best product I’ve ever purchased to help me with weight loss. it really does what it’s supposed to as advised in the description. I have used it everyday since I bought it. I have been using it now for a month and I’ve lost 12 lbs with exercise and a low calorie diet but it makes me sweat like crazy I am amazed with this item and will be ordering a smaller one soon. I have gone down two pants sizes since I purchased this item and started this weight loss adventure I’m looking forward to everything that comes along with this. It makes me so happy to put it on every morning. I guess it’s been a part of my motivation as well knowing that I’m going to sweat lol meaning loss of water weight or whatever ever weight that drops off of me because of this beautiful invention.

It’s a little difficult to put on as it naturally has little give in the fabric, but once on, it feels very comfortable. Should use an undershirt with it. Works great and definitely makes you sweat. I used to use a solar top that extended to wrists. This works so much better. And it really does dry fast.

I purchased this for my boyfriend and he really likes it. I chose his size in T-shirt and it fits well and wasn’t too tight. He said it makes him sweat like crazy while he’s working out at the gym. Their customer service was super friendly especially when they reached out to make sure I had no issues with sizing.

It is light wearing yet snugs and shapes your body ever so nicely. It made the appearance of my man boobs disappear from shirts. I use it at the sauna at the gym and I wear it daily when I just want compression for my back. Goes under normal tshirts and dress shirts discreetly and cannot be detected by others. I am 5.9 with a 32 inch waist so I got the small. I have a stocky husky build so if you are a thin person, I do not know if it will fit you that tightly as I could go down one size smaller if there was one.
