I’d recommend this to anyone wanting a tool for working accupressure points in regions of thin tissue eg: scalp, temples, neck, occipital, and sacral regions. I also use it for aid in clearing facial and neck lymph nodes to promote glial lymphatic flow. Advise using care with timing and amount of pressure as there is no ‘give’ feedback from this solid surgical steel device.

Gets to the spot you need to stimulate without a needle. Just light pressure is all you need, its a rounded end, so no sharp marks also a larger “ball like” at other end. I think its good. It doesn’t blink pretty colors or make a funny buzzing sound but acupressure is exactly that – pressure not a min disco party.

Absolutely amazing for wrinkles and lymphatic draining!!! Connor recommend more highly!I was contemplating Botox and stumbled upon Gua Sha which seemed much more cost effective and much less terrifying than injecting a neurotoxin into my face. After one use I saw an immediate difference. I promised to do it religiously. I didn’t. Instead a pandemic happened and I didn’t use it for a whole month. Still my winkles seemed faded, my skin my firm.I’ve only been practicing gua sha on my face for half a year now following YouTube videos and the results even with my horrible inconsistency and complete lack of a skincare routine, this tool is done wonders for what I thought were wrinkles but were really stressed out muscles from gritting my teeth, frowning, squinting and never taking care of my face.Feels amazing all over the body, great for draining sinuses and for helping with headaches! If you’re considering it, do it. You will not regret it. Make sure to use lotion and go in an upwards motion!!

I am extremely impressed at how effective this simple, little tool is for releasing trigger points. I am a huge fan of self myofascial release and rely heavily on foam rollers/lacrosse balls. I have several other tools that are ideal for targeting certain areas of the body, but this is by far the most versatile tool that I have used. This thing is perfect for those hard to target areas, that you just can’t hit with a ball or roller. I have used this on my hands, wrists, forearms, neck and feet…and I can not believe the release that it can trigger. The only down side that I can speak of, is that it tends to leave small bruises the size of mosquito bites in the areas that you have worked on. The bruises go away in a day or two, but the positive effects last much longer. Thanks for a great product!!

I have scarring on my hands from biking and I have some issues with my hands and they hurt a lot. Not carpal tunnel. Scarring. My husband bought this for me for Mother’s Day and it’s my new best friend. Seriously. It’s jsut the perfect size and gives me instant relief when I’m at work. I just keep it in my purse and use it whenever. I used it on my foot before after running, but it’s best self is when used on hands.
