DIRECTIONS
1. Peel
Tear open the foil packet. Remove strip with a dry hand and peel away from the carrier film.
2. Apply
Apply sticky side against your teeth. Line up with the edge of the gums and apply gentle pressure to mold the strip securely to your teeth.
3. Reveal
Remove and discard the teeth whitening strips after 30-60 minutes. Clean off any remaining residue by brushing your teeth and gargling.

I have been using these for a week now and have not noticed a big difference. It may be one of those full 2 week treatments, so I’ll post an update later.These do not seem as strong as the name brand whitening strips – usually when I use those my gums are sensitive right afterwards – not with these. If they end up with the same results, this could be a deal at $17

Each set is individually wrapped in a foil type pouch.📚 Easy to use, peel each strip off the inner plastic sheet and apply to your teeth. The upper strip in the lower strip are each slightly different, the upper strip is the long uniform shaped one.📚 The strip applied easily and stuck well. I left them on for the recommended 30 minutes and then removed them. I rinsed my mouth with water and then brushed my teeth.📚 I didn’t experience any irritation of my gums or sensitivity of my teeth.📚 I purchased primarily for maintaining a white smile. I love my coffee, tea, and red wine so… I need to stay on top of maintaining white teeth rather than playing catch up. These strips are working perfectly for that!📚 For the price of just over a dollar per set of strips. This product will whiten your teeth with one use. I was amazed at the difference. Be prepared to brush your teeth after using though- it left a thicker residue on my teeth than any other brand of white strip I’ve used.

The strips are well made. They are thicker than others and don’t slip off your teeth. However, they only have 6% peroxide. (I called the company.) Others can have as much as10%. For the price, I think they are a good value even though they are not “Maximum Strength Whitening” as advertised. Also, they are easier on the gums. As a consequence, I wear them for more than the recommended 30 minutes. (I don’t know that this improves their whitening performance.)
